Started in September, 2006, our dinners have featured the finest chefs from some of the Triangle’s favorite eateries. Each dinner has been a sold out success and we are delighted to announce the tentative schedule for 2008. (TBD dates: Some chefs find a Sunday evening works better than a Saturday.)

2008 Schedule:

This year dinner reservations will be handled via a website and must be pre-paid. The website will allow us to take credit cards. To sign up for a dinner, you can make reservations here. (Actual payment information will be sent to you via email 3 to 4 weeks prior to the dinner.)

On dinner nights, the farm will open at 6:30 and dinner will start promptly at 7:15. The cost is $65.00 per person. You are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine.

July 21st. Chris Stinnet and John Vandergrift of Pops and Rue Cler restaurants in Durham

August 19th. Sam Poley of Restaurant Starlu

September 22nd. Ted Domville of Six Plates in Durham

October 20th. Sara Foster of Foster’s Markets in Durham & Chapel Hill

November 10th. Matt Kelly of Vin Rouge in Durham & Chapel Hill

December 2nd. Adam Rose of Il Palio Restaurant in Chapel Hill
