Event Date & Time. Your private dinner is scheduled for Saturday, May 4th at 6P

Description of Event: Private farm dinner for 20 people. This private event includes a tour of the old tobacco barns, the cheese making room, the milking parlor, and time with the goats. Following the farm tour, guests gather at a community-style table in our pavilion for a cheese tasting, followed by a 5-course menu prepared on-site by Chef Farmer Ted Domville. We work closely with local small farms to source most of our produce, and we only use meats from Animal Welfare Approved NC farms.

Price. $1,880 (gratuity is included). A non-refundable payment of $940 (50% of total price) is due now for booking, and the remaining $940 payment is due by April 6th, 2019. 

Menu Type. 5-course menu for 20 people.

Beverages. All our events are BYOB, but we provide wine glasses, wine openers, and ice buckets. Elodie Farms forbids the service of alcohol to minors.

Rescheduling & Cancellations. Rescheduling is possible but contingent upon availability.  Rescheduling must be done by April 6th, 2019 and there are no fees associated with rescheduling. If you must cancel your booking and do so by April 6th, 2019, no additional fees are due but we retain the non-refundable payment. If you must cancel after the second payment has been made, we will retain the entirety of payment. 

Restrictions. Elodie Farms is a working farm with free-range animals, equipment, and a lake that could be harmed, damaged, or provide a hazard to guests and their children. For that reason, we have the following restrictions:

  • Guests & their children must not feed, run after, hit or scream at the animals.

  • All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Pets are not allowed at the farm. Service dogs are okay.

  • Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
