Description

Our farm dinner experience begins with a farm tour, a meet-and-greet with the goats and JoJo - the mini-donkey - followed by a 5-course meal prepared on-site by our Chef/Farmer, Ted Domville. Vegetarians and persons with common food restrictions including allergies to red meat, fish, nuts, eggs, and gluten are all welcome. This event is BYOB and intended for adults only.

Tickets are $85 per person and bookings are done per table, not per ticket. Our seating capacity is 40 people and we have a limited number of 2-, 4-, and 6-person tables to choose from ($170, $340, and $510, respectively). Farm dinner tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE, and prices do not include gratuity or taxes.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How many people attend the farm dinners? Our seating capacity is between 36-40 people.

How long do the dinners last? Approximately 3 hours.

What is the schedule for the evening? Here’s a typical timeline for farm dinners that are scheduled to begin at 6P:

5:30P - Guest check-in begins

6:00P - Farm tour begins

6:30P - Hand wash

6:45P - Dinner service begins

8:30P - 9:00P - Guests depart

Is the gratuity included in the ticket price? No, but we really appreciate your gratuities so that we can pay everyone serving you between $25-$33 per hour.

Are tickets refundable? Farm dinner tickets are not refundable, but they are transferable. If you gift or sell your tickets to a friend, please make sure that they contact us right away so that we can update our guest list. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions if we are informed of the transfer later than 3 days before the scheduled dinner.

Is the dinner outdoors? Our dinners take place in a pavilion that has half walls. There is no air-conditioning or heaters. During the cold months, we add tent walls and we provide fleece blankets.

What’s the weather policy? We reserve the right to reschedule the dinner in the event of inclement weather. However, the farm dinner will take place in light drizzle conditions.

What is your COVID policy? Our entire staff is vaccinated and boosted. Masks are not required outdoors, but we do ask that everyone wears their masks when going inside the farmhouse.

Are the dinners wheelchair accessible? We have been able to accommodate folks on wheelchairs in the past, but everyone has different needs. Please contact Sandra@elodiefarms.com to discuss your needs and how we can try to help you join our farm dinners.

Can I get an Uber/Lyft back to town? Unlikely. It is easy to get one to the farm, but our guests have been unsuccessful finding an Uber/Lyft to take them back. If you get dropped off, we highly suggest that you pre-arrange a pick-up.

Are children allowed at the farm dinners? Our farm dinners are not suited for children. They are intended for adults only.

What should I wear? If you want to join the farm tour, you may want to wear shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty while walking on the pasture. In addition, keep in mind that our goats are fat (very fat, in fact) weighing anywhere from 120 to 230 pounds and it will hurt if they step on your toes. Thus, close-toed shoes are advised. Please note that goats are very inquisitive animals who explore their world through their mouths. Tassels, strings, long necklaces and other jewelry are irresistible for a goat. We are not responsible for goats eating clothes or jewelry.

Can I bring my dog? No. We love all critters, but for everyone's safety please leave your pets at home.

Are there any hotels nearby where we can stay? For a list of places to stay near the farm, please click here

Can I take pictures? Absolutely! We encourage you to tag us on Instagram (@elodie_farms) and Facebook (@ElodieFarms), and we would love it if you help us find your photos by using the hashtags:  #elodiefarmsdinner or #elodiefarmsgoats or #elodiefarms

Do you offer soft drinks? No. We do not have any beverages for sale at all. We only offer water, and tea, coffee, and canelazo with dessert.

Will I be able to buy your products? Yes, we will have most of our products for sale during our dinners. You can pay in cash or credit card.

Is there good cellular reception? Verizon has the best signal but it can be spotty. All other carriers have very poor signal.
